Ingredients:
- 2 boxes of strawberry-flavored Jell-O gelatin
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1/2 pint strawberries, washed and sliced
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
Directions:
- Empty the contents of the Jell-O boxes into a large bowl and stir in 2 cups boiling water; stir until well dissolved.
- Add 2 cups cold water; mix well.
- Pour half of this mixture into a 9×13-inch glass or metal pan. Put the strawberries in this mix. Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- 5 minutes before taking the Jell-O out of the fridge, empty the contents of the Cool Whip tub into the remaining Jell-O mixture. Whisk until smooth and evenly mixed.
- Spread on top of the first mixture in the pan. Cool for 4 hours or overnight and enjoy.
