  • 4 pounds short ribs cut cross-grain 1/2″ thick*
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
