Ingredients:
- 1 package plain brownie mix (not one with syrup)
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
- Prepare brownie mix as directed on the package.
- Pour into greased 13×9-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Mix in sugar until blended.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix just until blended.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie batter; cut through the batter with a knife several times for marble effect.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned.
