  • 4 lbs chuck roast
  • Meat tenderizer
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • Fresh mushrooms sliced
  • Baby carrots
  • Potatoes chunked
  • 1 small onion cut up
  • 1 cup boiling water


  1. Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer and onion soup mix.
