Ingredients:

  • Ears of Corn
  • Fresh jalapenos
  • olive oil

Directions:

  1. Shuck corn. 
  2. Dice one jalapeno for two ears of corn. 
  3. Place corn on aluminum foil. Brush corn with oil, sprinkle with jalapenos. Wrap corn in foil. 
  4. Grill over indirect heat for 40-45 minutes, or until done.
