Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. high-quality beer (a nice lager, ale, or IPA)
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth; gradually blend in the beer.  Add cheddar cheese, beating until well blended.

Refrigerate until serving time.  Serve with crackers.
