Ingredients:

  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup 
  • 1 (1-oz) package of dry onion soup mix 
  • 1 1/4 cups water  
  • 5 1/2 lbs pot roast 

Directions:  

  1. In a slow cooker, mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, and water.  
  2. Place pot roast in slow cooker and turn to coat with soup mixture.  
  3. Cook on the High setting for 3 to 4 hours, or on the Low setting for 8 to 9 hours.  
  4. May need a little extra water depending on the size of the roast.
