Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can crab meat (back fin)
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 Tablespoons horseradish (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Mix all together and bake in 375 degree F oven for 15 minutes.
  • Use an attractive oven-to-table dish so you can easily bake and serve. 
  • Serve with toasted sourdough slices rubbed with olive oil.
