Ingredients:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 can crab meat (back fin)
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons grated onion
- 2 Tablespoons horseradish (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Mix all together and bake in 375 degree F oven for 15 minutes.
- Use an attractive oven-to-table dish so you can easily bake and serve.
- Serve with toasted sourdough slices rubbed with olive oil.
