Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados seeded, peeled, and coarsely mashed
- 1 tsp. grated lime zest
- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 10 drops red pepper sauce
- 6 oz. of fresh (or canned) crab, rinsed and picked through for shells
- 3 T. chopped green onion
- 3 T. capers, rinsed
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine avocados, lime zest and juice, garlic salt, and red pepper sauce. Stir in crab, green onion, and capers. Mix well and chill before serving.
