Ingredients: 

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 unbaked 9″ pie shell

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375º F
  2. Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar & salt. Add butter & syrup & mix in pecans.
  3. Bake 40-45 minutes in pie shell.
