Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 t. lemon juice
  • 1 T. milk
  • 1 1/2 t. Creole seasoning (Tony’s)
  • 2 T. pickled jalapenos, chopped
  • 3/4 c. crab meat, chopped (while not as healthy, imitation crab meat will work in this recipe, and is more cost-effective for serving a large crowd)

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, seasoning, and milk until smooth, creamy, and well-blended.  Add crab and jalapenos; stir to mix well.  Chill. 

Serve with crackers.
