Ingredients:

  • 4 halved and pitted fresh plums
  • 4 halved and pitted fresh peaches
  • 4 halved and pitted fresh nectarines
  • 2 juiced lemons
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 mint sprig (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cut each half of fruit into thirds. Place fruit in a medium bowl, add lemon juice and cayenne pepper; mix well.
  2. Marinate fruit for 1 hour.
  3. On a skewer, alternate fruit wedges; chill.

Garnish with mint sprig, if desired.
