Ingredients:
- 2-14.5 oz. cans of Pork ‘n’ beans
- 3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- mustard
- ketchup
- 2-3 bacon slices
Directions:
- Add a small amount of oil to an iron skillet. Saute onion and bell pepper. Add ground beef. Brown and crumble beef. Drain.
- Add beans, mustard, and ketchup to skillet with beef. Stir well. Top skillet with 2-3 slices of bacon.
- Bake beans at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
