- 4 c. chopped onions
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes

- salt, to taste
- 8 oz. tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 c. grated cheese of choice
- 24 eggs, cracked and beaten
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 lbs lump crab meat
