Ingredients:
- 1 22-oz. can of pineapple chunks, drained
- 3 lbs. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 1/2 cubes
- Red pepper, cut into 1 1/2 pieces
- Green pepper, cut into 1 1/2 pieces
- Red onion, cut into 1 1/2 pieces
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 T McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
Directions
- Mix olive oil, teriyaki, and Montreal Seasoning. Marinate pineapple, peppers, onion, and chicken for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Thread skewers with chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onions.
- Grill until chicken is done; around 15-20 minutes.
