No party spread is complete without a bowl of creamy, zesty guac—and this traditional version keeps it simple and seriously snackable. With just a few fresh ingredients and a fork, you’ve got a crowd-pleasing dip that’s perfect for chips, tacos, or straight-up spoonfuls (we don’t judge).
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 Jalapeño, minced (seeds removed)
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice (juice of one lime)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt to taste
Directions:
Halve each avocado. Remove pit and scoop out the flesh. In a medium bowl, gently mash the avocados. Add jalapeño, cilantro lime juice, garlic, and cumin. Add salt to taste.
