Ingredients:

  • 1 6.4 oz pouch chunk light tuna, drained
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
  • 2 T. chopped pickled jalapenos
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Chill until ready to serve.
