Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 8-oz. jar mandarin orange sections, drained & chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart bowl and stir to combine.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
