Ingredients:

  • 2 – 2 & 1/2 lb. ripe heirloom tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, or other flavorful tomatoes

For the Vinaigrette:

  • 3-4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup mild olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tightly packed chopped fresh basil
