Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 T real bacon bits, not imitation bits

Directions: 

Microwave Velveeta for 4 minutes, or until melted; stirring after 2 minutes.  When the cheese is melted stir in sour cream and bacon bits.  Microwave for 1 minute.  Serve hot with potato chips.
