Ingredients:
- 2-10 oz. pkg. frozen green peas
- 1 T unsalted butter or margarine
- 1 t sugar
- ½ t salt
- ¼ t black pepper
- 2 T chopped fresh mint (or 2 t dried mint leaves)
Directions:
Half fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add peas, lower the heat, and cook for 8 minutes or just until tender. Drain well and place in a medium-sized serving bowl, and then stir in all of the remaining ingredients.
