Ingredients:

  • 1 c. rice, rinsed to prevent sticking
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 t. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions:

  • Bring water, margarine, and chicken bouillon cubes to a boil, stirring to dissolve cubes. 
  • Add rice and cilantro; return to a boil. 
  • Reduce heat to a simmer; cover and cook 20-25 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
