Ingredients:
- 1 c. rice, rinsed to prevent sticking
- 2 c. water
- 1 t. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions:
- Bring water, margarine, and chicken bouillon cubes to a boil, stirring to dissolve cubes.
- Add rice and cilantro; return to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer; cover and cook 20-25 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
