Ingredients:
- very hot strong black coffee
- 1 tbsp. whipped cream
- 2-3 tsp sugar
- a measure of Irish Whiskey
Directions:
- Heat whiskey and pour it into a heated, whiskey glass
- Fill the remainder of the glass with very hot black coffee in which the sugar has been dissolved.
- Float the cream on top and grate a bit of fresh-ground coffee on top (or fresh nutmeg if you prefer)
