Ingredients:

  • very hot strong black coffee
  • 1 tbsp. whipped cream
  • 2-3 tsp sugar
  • a measure of Irish Whiskey

Directions:

  • Heat whiskey and pour it into a heated, whiskey glass
  • Fill the remainder of the glass with very hot black coffee in which the sugar has been dissolved.
  • Float the cream on top and grate a bit of fresh-ground coffee on top (or fresh nutmeg if you prefer)
