Ingredients:

  • 1 22-oz. can of pineapple chunks, drained
  • 3 lbs. boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 1/2 cubes
  • Red pepper, cut into 1 1/2 pieces
  • Green pepper, cut into 1 1/2 pieces
  • Red onion, cut into 1 1/2 pieces
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 T McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix olive oil, teriyaki, and Montreal Seasoning.  Marinate pineapple, peppers, onion, and chicken for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Thread skewers with chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onions. 
  3. Grill until chicken is done; around 15-20 minutes.
