Ingredients:
- 4 Bananas
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Dark rum
- Vanilla ice cream
Directions:
- Melt the butter over low heat.
- Stirring constantly, add the sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut the bananas lengthwise, and then in half.
- Add the bananas and cook until just soft. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Slowly add the rum. CAREFULLY return the pan to the heat until it flames. Cook until flame goes out.
- Place bananas over the ice cream scoops and spoon the sauce over the top.
Serves 4.
